PHOTOGRAPHS
For your convenience we allow photographs to be taken on the golf course at a designated area, where you and your party will be served champagne and
Hors d’oeuvres while you pose for your photos. The lovely setting of our Willow Pond with its three roaring fountains, makes for spectacular backdrop. If so desired, our staff will transport you and your wedding party to the pond in our golf limousine carts.
PARKING
We will section off the parking lot closest to Table Green’s entrance for reserved parking for your guests, ensuring parking even on the busiest of days.
DEPOSIT
We require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. Upon your decision to reserve Tunxis Plantation Country Club, a binding contract will be sent for review and signature of acceptance. This contract must be returned to the wedding consultant within ten days of its mailing with the deposit. Thirty days after the deposit is received, 25% of the balance will be due. The next payment of 50% of the total will be due sixty days prior to the reception. The balance is due the day prior to reception. Any miscellaneous or additional charges will be paid at the conclusion of the reception.
GUARANTEE
Attendance for wedding receptions must be confirmed seven days in advance. This guarantee is not subject to reduction or increases and must include a count for each entrée selection. Guarantees must be received by the Food and Beverage office only.
FLOOR PLANS
In order to better help organize your reception lay out, we would be happy to supply a computerized drawing of the area including dinner tables, service tables, cake tables, band and bar areas. Place cards, matches, table remembrances, etc should be delivered to the Food and Beverage Office three days prior to wedding reception.
RECEPTION HOURS
For your convenience, we host only one reception per day at either facility. This allows you the flexibility to determine the time of your reception.

Realizing the many aspects of planning a wedding and the many details that must be attended to, we will always be available for assistance and guidance. Please call on us for any need.
MENU SELECTION
If a choice of entrées is selected, we suggest making final selections eight weeks prior to the wedding reception. This allows time to have menu selection cards printed and included in invitations.
